How does pay-per-redemption pricing actually work?
Simple. You pay a percentage margin on each redemption value — not a monthly fee per employee. If an employee redeems a $50 Amazon gift card, GRAZIO earns a margin on that $50. If no one redeems anything that month, you pay nothing. The platform fee is separate and flat. This aligns our revenue with your actual program usage.
Do frontline workers need a smartphone or app to receive recognition?
Any phone with SMS capability works — no smartphone required, no app download needed. The redemption link opens in their mobile browser. For employees with smartphones, the experience is richer (3D catalog, video messages). For basic phones, SMS delivery and simple redemption still work perfectly.
How long does implementation take?
From contract signature to first recognition: under 15 minutes for most organizations. AI auto-detects your brand, connects to your HRIS via OAuth, suggests budget tiers, and drafts the employee announcement. No CSV uploads. No IT tickets. No weeks of setup.
What happens to unused recognition budgets?
